This 6-week group coaching journey begins June 16th and ends July 28th… The perfect summer to come home to yourself!

We review applications as they come in and thoughtfully consider each one to ensure the program is the right fit. You’ll be notified by email as soon as a decision has been made.

The group calls will be on Tuesdays at 5:30-7pm Pacific Time (8:30pm-10pm Eastern Time).

We ask you commit to being there for each of the 6 sessions as that’s how you’ll get the most out of it. But if something comes up to where you aren’t able to make it, we will have a replay available.

Each week we will have a 90-minute group coaching call and you will have integration exercises that may take around 1-2 hours. You also will have access to the library of resources (The Heal/Create Studio) that you can work through whenever you’d like. If all you have are a couple hours a week, that’s fine! As with anything though, the more you put into this, the more you’ll see results :)

This group is a very intimate, safe, judgment-free place with other lovely women who are pursuing the same wholeness as you. A group dynamic is beautiful as one person’s breakthrough often inspires others; however, if you prefer personal 1-on-1 coaching to dive even deeper, you can check that out here.

As of right now I do not have a group for men, but I do offer personal 1-on-1 coaching and have helped a lot of men through similar topics mentioned in this collective.
