Your dreams will always require your healing. Your healing makes space for your dreams to come true.

Your dreams will always require your healing. Your healing makes space for your dreams to come true.

I’m Courtney.

Mother. Artist. Guide.

I help creatives untangle fear, shame, old conditioning, and nervous-system patterns so they can confidently pursue their art, relationships, and dreams all while doing the same.

And I completely love it.

Maybe you heard my story. Maybe you know me as a trauma-informed life coach, an artist, a podcast host, or maybe you’ve followed my journey on socials. Either way, if anything I’ve done resonates with you, it’s because you know there’s more for you.

The good news is that you’re absolutely right: there is more for you. No matter where you’re coming from, your story gets to unfold meaningfully, with purpose, expression, and vibrant health in every area. I promise.

You’re going to have the most beautiful life.

“It’s literally impossible not to get closer to your dreams when you spend time with Courtney.”

Here’s the thing: you can’t build a life you love if you don’t know what that looks like.

Think of it like the picture on the front of a LEGO box. Without it, you’re just snapping pieces together and hoping it turns into something. (Boy mom here— we’ve tried and it doesn’t work out well.)

“Your Most Loved Self” helps you start to create that picture—to reconnect with who you are, what lights you up, and what you really want.

Because knowing that is where both healing and creating begin.

WORK WITH ME

Through coaching and more, I’m here to help you confidently move toward your dreams and move through whatever comes up along the way.

Pull up a chair. Stay awhile.
Come listen, read, and learn alongside me as I share my thoughts, wisdom, and all that I’m creating and loving lately.

LET’S SHOP

A bit about me…

I am a wife to my husband of 22 years (pictured!!), a mom of my two boys, Jack and Asher, and we live in Orange County, California—my absolute dream location, to be honest.

I have always had a deep respect for the topic of emotional health (that might be apparent).

But do you know what I’m also passionate about?

…Omg, so many things.

Top of the list is music: live shows, records, songwriting, and performing. My biggest dream on the other side of my own healing was always to step into writing my own album. I have been working on this for a couple of years and sharing publicly on socials. (It has been terrifying and thrilling, to say the least.) This lifelong passion for music and artists has been increasingly woven into who I help and support. (Swirly Artists and Performers, I see you.)

I am also obsessed with beauty, fashion, design, and after a chapter in my early 30s as a makeup artist, finding the *perfect* beauty products.

Beyond that, while there has been a lot of spiritual tearing down and rebuilding, I am also so passionate about my faith. Christ said that he came that we may have life to the full; my own healing journey has proven him right over and over.

I am in love with my family, my friends, and in love with the life that I began designing with only the smallest spark of hope, more than a decade ago.

I want the same for you, whatever your most beautiful life looks like.

I define dreams as the ideas and possibilities that make you feel most alive. The things that light you up.

I’ve seen dreams be the North Star for myself, clients, colleagues, and friends for years, and they have never let any one of those people down.

You either win or you learn.

You dream.

And then you dream bigger.

If you’d like to work with me, I’d be honored to support you in your journey.

It may very well be, love, that absolutely no one will take your dreams as seriously as me…

except maybe, eventually, you.
